RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that our candles are hand made and will vary in appearance and colour. Please also note "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault of our products/candle. This is a natural occurance of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, please choose carefully when placing your order.
Refunds will ONLY be made if product is out of stock and order is unable to be fulfilled.
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photograph of the damaged item for assessment.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Most products are made once order is placed. Please allow production time with every order, and extra production time during busy periods, Mothers day, Christmas etc..Every order is extremely important to me and I will do my very best to have them made as quickly as possible but also please remember they are all handmade and do take time. If you have a last minute order or need it urgently please contact me before placing your order and I will do my very best to complete the order asap.
All posted items will be sent via Australia Post, please track your order through Australia Post website.
PICK UP - Local pick up is available, I am located at Erina on the Central Coast, NSW Australia.
If you select PICK UP as your option at checkout I will contact you via email once your order is ready, to confirm pick up day/time. I kindly ask that you do not arrive to collect your order, without first receiving confirmation from myself and a pick up time arranged. I am also a busy mum of 3 beautiful children so I am not always home and do not want to disappoint you if you turn up to collect your order and no one is here, or your order is not finished. I do work from home and not a shop front so I am not home 24/7 but I am happy for you to collect your pick up orders outside of normal business hours, this will be organised and confirmed once you have been notified that your order is finished and ready to collect.
Please note Afterpay will not be offered on custom/bespoke orders or any wholesaleorders.
To prevent fire incidents & serious injury never leave lit candles unattended.
Keep away from drafts & curtains.
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Never move a lit candle
Never burn candles near flammable items (curtains/beds etc)
Sit candles on a stable, fire resistent plate during burning.
